Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The product is not a final sale or clearance item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products returned after 30 days

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns address. Please include your RA number on the package.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
